What is the motel check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am

Will my unit be serviced?

Your room will be serviced and cleaned daily during your stay.

How many guests can your motel accommodate?

We can cater for up to 86 guests maximum. Great for weddings, reunions, AGM’s, and other large gatherings.

Do you have an onsite restaurant?

No, however there are excellent restaurants located nearby with delivery services also available.

How do I make a booking/enquiry for a large group or sports team?

Please contact us directly via phone or email to discuss your group or team booking. We pride ourselves on our feedback from previous bookings including ” the kind, friendly hospitality”, ”outstanding facilities” to the “going the extra mile” we provide our guests.

How can I check on availability?

Please phone us on 06 876 8159 to check on availability and rates or alternatively enter your desired dates into the “Book Online” Search to receive up to the minute room availability for your dates required.

How do I confirm my stay?

All reservations require a valid credit card number, cardholders name, and expiry date. Alternatively a deposit will be requested. Upon receipt of either of these an accommodation confirmation will be forwarded to you confirming your reservation..

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. We treat the security of our guest’s information very seriously. To ensure your security, all online credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party.

What is your cancellation policy?

Unless advised otherwise, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If your booking is not cancelled and you do not arrive on the date booked, the cost of the accommodation may be deducted from your credit card or invoiced. On arrival or once you have checked-in should you advise us that you are going to depart earlier than your scheduled departure date all nights reserved for you may be charged, unless motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

Do you offer corporate and long term stay rates?

Yes we welcome enquiries from companies looking for a cost effective solution to alternative accommodation requirements in the Hawkes Bay. We cater for sales reps, contractors, blue collar professionals, and other company staff looking for comfortable, quiet accommodation during their time in Hastings. During our off-peak periods and subject to availability we offer weekly and monthly rates for those either relocating to the Hawkes Bay or unable to move smoothly between houses. We have become a preferred accommodation provider for immigrants from the UK in particular, who find it very convenient while waiting for their container of worldly possessions to arrive. Tariffs are set to deter long term "renters" but attractive enough for those with a genuine need for several weeks' accommodation.

Do you have wheelchair friendly rooms available?

Yes, we have a one bedroom disability access unit available fitted with all the features required to make mobility and bathing possible with a minimum of discomfort.

Are pets allowed?

We have a few appropriate units that we do allow well behaved pets to accompany their owners. Please enquire when booking as to the availability of those units.
